Can’t wait to try! I LOVE Pizza Hut! Last night my hubby said I’ve been doing such an awesome job at my new job he’s going to take me there for dinner tonight! Next up- can you come up with a copycat recipe for their AMAZING creamy italian dressing?! That’s something I can never find as good anywhere else!

  • michelle

Might want to try adding some vegetable oil. I worked there for years and we always added oil when we made sauce. Also, we didn’t cook the sauce just let it sit for at least 4 hours but overnight was always better.

To Jess W… Pizza Hut’s creamy Italian dressing is simply 1 part zesty Italian dressing and 1 part good quality mayo. I worked for Pizza Hut for 9 years. Although their dressing comes premade when we ran out we made our own. Tastes exactly the same… I promise 🙂
